Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within fourteen days after receiving the product, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged and returned in its original condition. To request a return, contact info@sil-invest.limited with the order reference, customer name and reason for return. After review, return instructions will be provided. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by a defective or incorrect item. Customized, worn, washed or damaged products may not be eligible for return. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights where applicable by law.
